Ethiope East LGA Chairman: Irikefe Drums Support For Ogedegbe

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in ward 7 of Orhoakpo Community, Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State, Comrade Atakirijeyno Irikefe (Alias Benin), has urged the people of Ethiope East to support the chairmanship ambition of General Augustine Usinefe Ogedegbe.
Ogedegbe is currently the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Okowa on Peace Building and Intellegence Gathering.
Comrade Atakirijenyo Irikefe, described by some as a ‘Political Maradona’, and Co-ordinator of PDP Ward 7 Orhoakpor under Team Onome Political Crew and at the same time member of Team Ogedegbe Political Train, made this call in Orhoakpor while addressing newsmen recently.
According to him, “a support for General Ogedegbe is a support in the right direction, noting that General Ogedegbe has done mavelousely well, tested and trusted in the area of empowerment of the youth and women of the local government area.”
Continuing, he said: “General Ogedegbe has performed beyound exepectation as S.S.A to His Execellency Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on Peace building and Intelligence Gathering, adding that if given the mandate, come 2021, he will perfectly represent the people of Ethiope East in the local government area accordingly.
Comrade Atakirijenyo Irikefe who is also a director of Dynamic Football Club, Orhoakpor and at the same time Director of Essential Football Academy, Ughelli, assured the people of Ethiope East that if General Ogedegbe is given the mandate, come 202, he will transform the local government area.
According to him, “General Ogedegbe is not going there to enrich himself but he is going there to work for the development of Ethiope East and to ensure that the dividends of democracy gets to the doorstep of everybody in the local government area.”
Comrade Atakirijenyo Irikefe however, used the medium to appeal to the people of the local government area to come out enmasse to support General Ogedegbe’s chairmanship ambition so as to enjoy the dividends of democracy.
