While assuring ASP Udofia of his support, he called on Deltans to continue to support security operatives by giving them relevant information and by so doing reducing the rate of crime.

“The people of Umunede are lovers of peace and I can assure you that they will always support and cooperate with you and your people in your quest to rid the society of crime,” he said.

In his remarks, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ime Udofia thanked the Umunede King for receiving him and disclosed that it has been his priority to create good relationship in any place he is posted to.

“The most efficient way of policing especially in this 21st century is to be familiar with, understand and work with relevant people in the society,” he opined.

Mr Udofia noted that his agenda is to restore peace and security of lives and property in Ika nation.

Continuing, he appealed for constant synergy from Ika people, stressing that security operatives alone cannot combat crime any where.
