Delta Guber 2023: PDP Will Uphold Zoning Arrangement– Kingsley Esiso

Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, Hon Kingsley Esiso, has said that Delta Central senatorial district will produce the next governor, come 2023.
Esiso gave this assurance when a former member of the House of Representatives for Ethiope Federal Constituency, Hon. Lovette Idisi, hosted him on Sunday
alongside Hon. Onoriode Sunday, State Organizing Secretary in Ovu, Ethiope East Local Government Area of the state to celebrate their re-election as executive members of the party in the state.
Furthermore, Esiso told Ethiopians that the party hierachy will maintain the governorship zoning amongst the three senatorial districts and that it was the turn of Delta Central to produce the next Governor when Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa exits the stage.
According to Esiso, the next governorship candidate will emerge from Delta central as arranged by the party, inspired by Chief James Ibori and other elders and leaders of the party.
He also thanked Hon Lovette Idisi for his grassroots work.

According to him, he was surprised when Lovette Idisi said he will be hosting a program that will unite the party despite losing his push for a second tenure as a lawmaker.
Continuing, while addressing some decampees into the PDP, he said that new members of the party will enjoy equal rights like old members, saying that their progress is tied to their commitment.
The party chairman also appreciated all party leaders and members for the sustainable peace enjoyed in the party.
Esiso advised all candidates contesting for chairmanship and councillorship positions in 2021 council elections to do their consultation in peace.
He added that all powers belong to God, stressing that whoever emerges as winners will be supported by the party.
Also present at the occasion were party leaders and faithful in the council area.
