Okowa In Minna To Celebrate IBB At 80

Delta State Governor, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa was today (Tuesday) in Minna to celebrate former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida.
The governor was accompanied by House of Representatives Member and Minority leader, Hon Ndudi Elumelu.

Governor Okowa thanked the former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida for creating Delta, the Big Heart of the nation, on the 27th day of August 1991.
