2023: Izeze Sends Cheering Message To Statutory Delegates

TO ALL OUR ELECTED/STATUTORY DELEGATES:

I am sure you are all aware of the last official release from the office of the National Organising Secretary of our great Party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), which relying upon the provisions of section 84(8) of the Electoral Act 2022 (as amended) excluded elected/statutory delegates from participating in the forthcoming House of Assembly PRIMARIES/CONGRESSES across the nation.

Nevertheless, while we are hopeful that Mr President will return timeously and assent to the amended Electoral Act before him, I wish to assure all of our people affected by this anomaly that I stand in solidarity with you and wish to assure you all that you are still very important critical stakeholders in the determination of who represents Ughelli-South State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly come 2023.

You should not feel abandoned for I stand firmly with you in the hope that Mr.President will return timeously to do the needful.
