DTSG Spent N100M For Architectural Drawing, Supervision Of FRSC Training School Built In Okowa’s Village –Oliver

Publisher, Secret Reporters, Fejiro Oliver, has said that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa spent as much as N104,053,608 million for the architectural drawing and supervision of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, training school built last year in his village.

Oliver took to his Facebook page to reveal this.

According to him, the architect, Kester Ifeadi is Okowa’s friend, adding that “the name of the company he used in helping to plunder the state is Contemporary Designs Associates.”

He added: “The man has taken over N7 billion drawing and supervising substandard jobs in Delta State.”

He quizzed: “Why didn’t Okowa use consultant to build his N3 billion mansion he’s putting up in Asaba but can use such for the state?”
