Delta South: Clark, Ijaw Monarch Blesses Timinimi’s Senatorial Ambition
Elderstatesman and Ijaw National leader, Papa Edwin Kiagbodo Clark has given blessings to Hon. George Timinimi, Senatorial candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA for Delta South Senatorial district for the February 25 elections.
Clark, gave the nod weekend at his Abuja residence when Timinimi and his team visited the most revered elder statesman of the Izon nation, as part of his campaign tour.
The Ijaw leader said Timinimi is a worthy son of Izon, that will properly and effectively represent the people of Delta South Senatorial District in the Senate.

Also, an Ijaw monarch, the Pere of Tuomo Kingdom, in Burutu Local Government Area, HRM, Justice Francis Tabai (CON), at the weekend blessed Timinimi to succeed in his senatorial ambition.
The monarch and foremost retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, who gave his blessings to Timinimi at his palace in Tuomo town, was elated that Timinimi a son of the soil, was willing and ready to serve the people of Delta South.
Timinimi also told Pa Clark and the Ijaw monarch about his enormous plans for the Delta South senatorial District when elected.
The APGA’s senatorial candidate traced his kingdom of Gbaramatu as having ancient historical ties with Tuomo Kingdom, in emphasizing that his visit to Tuomo for his political campaign, is home away from home.
