DELSU To Hold ‘Special Lecture’ In Honour Of VC August 20

Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, Nigeria, is set to hold a Special Registry Lecture in honour of the Vice Chancellor, Professor Andy Ogochukwu Egwunyenga.
The ceremony with Theme: ‘Excellence in Registry: Frontier in University Administration’ to be chaired by the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, University Governing Council, General Alexander.O. Ogomudia, CFR, will hold on Tuesday, 20th August, 2024 at the Ultra Modern Auditorium, Faculty of Management Sciences, Site3, Abraka.
The Honourable Commissioner for Higher Education, Delta State, Prof. Nyerhovwo J. Tonukari (Special Guest of Honour) is also expected to grace the event.
According to the organisers, the Guest Lecturer, Barr.T. Ifeanyi Igwe, will deliver a lecture on ‘Walking the Talk: The Quinquennium Years of Professor Andy.O.Egwunyenga’s Transformational Leadership in Delta State University’.
Igwe is the Registrar, Alex Ekweme Federal University, Ndufe-Alike ikwo, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.

Also, a former Registrar in Ekiti State University and Former Chairman Association of Registrars of Nigerian Universities (ARNU), Dr Omojola Awosusi, will deliver the Keynote Address titled: ‘Professional Administrators as Social Capital Builders and Managers: Pathway to Sustainability of Nigerian Universities.’
The event will kick off at 10:00 am on the said day.
