Since assuming the office, Comr. Onos Austin has demonstrated unwavering dedication, unparalleled vision, and very unrelenting passion for transformative leadership.

Under his administration, Delsu is witnessing unprecedented development, with high desires to leave an indelible mark on the campus.

His commitment to student welfare is exemplary, his administrative prowess, coordinative skills, and responsiveness to emergencies are truly admirable.

Onos’ achievements are a testament to his selfless leadership, prioritizing collective interests over personal gains.

He is setting a new standard for SUG presidents, demonstrating that effective leadership is about working tirelessly, not making excuses.

As a result, Onos has become a household name on campus, with his legacy etched on every corner, wall, and heart. So, you know he has within a short while;

*Renovated the popular SUG Stand at site 2, turning it into an ultra modern edifice. It was renamed after the outgone People’s VC Prof. Andy Egwunyenga.

*His administration has given scholarships to assist a handful of indigent and struggling students.

*Under his watch, the first Delta State SUG Presidents Strategic summit was held, well organised, very inspiring and powerful at that.

*His administration intervened on amounts payable as dues by every Student, being it cultural, faculty or departmental, pegged it at 1000 Naira below.

*He had organised several tutorials and extra moral classes for students all to no penny, fully paid by his administration.

*During this administration, he sponsored five candidates to NANS JCC, Delta State Axis, stood by them, and they all came out successfully.

*As we speak, he is currently renovating the Delsu SUG Secretarial with the view of turning it into an ultra modern Secretarial with mind-blowing, and global competitive facilities.

*His administration is planning to organise a pageantry and ready to give the winner a cash prize of 1M Naira and the runner-up 500k is now a talk of the town and the whole campus.

In fact, his giant developmental strides and achievements are conspicuous even to the blind, and to his political enemies. You cannot count them.

His insightful projects have illuminated the school environment, inspiring a sense of pride and hope among students.

Don’t forget that his administration is still very fresh with a semester and half to go, yet he has turned Delsu into a construction site..

We celebrate Comr. Amb. Onos Austin, a true champion of student leadership, and look forward to the lasting impact of his legacy.
