Oasis Chapel Holds End-Of-Year Sit-Out

Oasis Magazine Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (Oasis-NUJ Chapel) on Sunday held its end-of-year sit-out, featuring an insightful lecture titled “ Commitment to Personal Development: A Cornerstone for Sustainable Organizational Growth.”

The lecture was delivered by renowned Corporate Leadership and Productivity Speaker, Mr. Simon Enamuotor.

Addressing members of the chapel, Mr. Enamuotor stressed that no organization can grow beyond the mindset, skillset, and overall capacity of its workforce.

He noted that personal development remains a strategic driver of innovation, improved performance, and long-term institutional success.

According to him, individuals who invest in learning, skill improvement, and character refinement ultimately transform the organizations they belong to.

He highlighted the need for continuous learning, adaptability, and intentional self-improvement, describing them as essential qualities for professionals seeking relevance in a rapidly evolving world.

Speaking during the occasion, Publisher, Oasis Magazine, lauded the initiative, saying that it will go a long way to boost the activities the performance of the chapel and the media house in the coming year.

He urged the body to use all the information gathered for the training to advance the ideals of the chapel and the media house.

According to him, with unity, much can be accomplished.
