Book Launch: Abe 1 Appreciates Subjects For Achievements Recorded So Far

HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso JP OON Abe 1, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom has appreciated the people of Uvwie Kingdom for their support for his achievements so far.

This was contained in his keynote address on the launch of a book on his autobiography at the ultramodern palace of the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom, Government Reservation Area (GRA), Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area on Saturday, 14th February, 2026.

The traditional ruler also appreciated friends and associates for their support for his achievements so far.

“My profound gratitude goes to every Uvwie citizen, our friends and associates. You are architects of this success. I earnestly imagine that our future is boundless, judging from what you have proven all the way. Thank you for being what you are – good people.”

He also thanked Uvwie people for the confidence they reposed in him and for their unflinchingly support and loyalty to the pursuit of Uvwie dream.

The Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom further specifically thanked Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his infrastructural developments in Uvwie Uvwie Local Government Area, as he appreciated him for his yearly support for Uvwie Education/ Scholarship Scheme, a project which he disclosed was started by former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

He remembered former governors Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan and Chief James Ibori for their support for the transformation of Uvwie Kingdom.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) represented by Uvwie born Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Olorogun Festus Keyamo ( SAN ), Governor Sheriff Oborevwori represented by Chief of Staff, Government House, Asaba, Dr Johnson Erijo and other highly distinguished personalities in their various speeches congratulated Abe 1 on his 18th coronation anniversary and launch of the book titled: ‘Odyssey Of Royalty.’

High points of the historic and epoch making event were the review of the book by Uvwie born Professor Joseph Abugu (SAN) and unveiling of the book by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Olorogun Festus Keyamu (SAN) who was the chairman of the event.

The event was richly attended by distinguished personalities and a galaxy of traditional rulers from all parts of Nigeria.
