Comrade Efemena Umukoro Bags 100th Award

…Dedicates Award To Friday Osanebi

President, Urhobo Progress Union, UPU, Youthwing, Worldwide, Comr ( Dr) Kelly Efemena Umukoro, has bagged his 100th award in activism and youth leadership.

Taking to his Facebook page to celebrate the award, the youth leader said that his 100th award was presented to him by Agbarha Otor kingdom in collaboration with Dreams Entertainment Worldwide as the YOUTH LEADER OF THE YEAR 2022, during an event yesterday.

Reacting, he said: “Doing what is right even if nobody is watching you, is called INTEGRITY.”

He continued: “This award was given to me due to my immense contribution to the welfare of our youths, defending their rights and giving them purposeful leadership.

“Indeed, I’m overwhelmed and short of words. This award means so much to me as I’m happy our people have started to appreciate my selfless service to humanity, yes, this will further encourage me to do more.”

Speaking further, he dedicated the award to the Deputy Governorship candidate of the All Progressivrs Congress, APC, in Delta State, Osanebi Ossai Friday, describing him as a Youth General whose footstep he wishes to follow.

Adding: “He is one youth who has given every youth around him a platform to stand.”

He also thanked the good people of Agbarha otor and Dreams Entertainment worldwide for finding him worthy to be bestowed with this noble award.

In his words, “I’m happy and overwhelmed.”

“The love and appreciation I get from our youths and people when I appear in public places are often amazing. I will never take it for granted. Thanks, thanks thanks thanks!,” he added.

This honour follows recent awards from Eguono emo Urhobo Social Club and Citizen Focus News Paper International.

The said awards were presented to him within the space of three weeks prior to the 100th.
