Abe 1 Lauds, Appreciates Uvwie Clergymen For Their Prayers

HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso ( JP) Abe 1, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom has lauded and appreciated Uvwie born clergymen and women under the aegis of Uvwie Indigenous Ministers’ Forum of Nigeria for their prayers for Uvwie Kingdom.
The traditional ruler made the commendation and appreciation in his keynote address during this year’s Uvwie Praise Day and Worship held at the ultramodern permanent palace of the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom GRA Effurun Uvwie Local Government Area on Monday, 2nd October, 2023.
The Uvwie monarch gladly remarked that their prayers were answered by God hence the kingdom was growing from strength to strength.
He therefore charged them to be persistent in their prayers for the kingdom.
The Executive Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Council, Hon Ramson Tega Onoyake who was ably represented by his vice, Hon Henry Jakpa Biyibi in his address also lauded and appreciated Uvwie born men and women of God in the group for their prayers for Uvwie Local Government Area.

Onoyake further commended and appreciated the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom for his support for annual event.
The member representing Uvwie Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Edafe Emakpor a lawyer who was represented by Hon Charles Edevbie also lauded the monarch.
The Chairman of Uvwie Indigenous Ministers’ Forum of Nigeria, Pastor Joseph Ibe had in his welcome address, also commended and appreciated the Uvwie monarch for his support for the annual event since its inception.
Ibe listed the achievements recorded by Uvwie Local Government Area since last year’s praise and worship day through their prayers to God.
The Guest Speaker of the epoch making event, Rev ( Mrs ) Joyce Kenerekedi who spoke on the sermon titled : ‘ Oh Come Let Us Praise The Lord (Psalm 95: 1 -7 ) listed the gains in praises and worship to God just as she also commended and appreciated the Uvwie monarch for his support for the event.
The religious event featured intercessory prayers for the Uvwie Royal Family, Uvwie Chiefs, Uvwie youths, Uvwie Local Government Area ( with special focus on the forthcoming local government council elections ) , Urhobo Nation, Delta State, Nigeria among others.
This year’s Uvwie Praise Day and Worship was richly graced by churches in the local government area.
