He stated that in order to grow multi-dimensionally as a community, the youths need to work in synergy with all stakeholders so as to achieve a win/win relationship with anyone and/or organization doing business in the town, just as he accounted for their stewardship by enumerating some of the achievements of the executive in less than one year to include, listing peaceful cohesion, settlement of internal disputes between youths, community policing, fighting to eradicate cultism, crimes and other social vices as some of their accomplishments.
He also disclosed that plans are underway to organize a summit for them sensitization of the youths; scholarship awards for primary and secondary school students; fund raising for youth empowerment; inter-quarter football competition, amongst other programmes lined up to add value to the lives of the youths in the community.

In their separate responses and remarks at the meeting, the UYC executives received commendations for their leadership ingenuity since their inception of office.

They therefore appealed to the Umutu Development Union (UDU) and the
Chiefs and other stakeholders in the community to empower UYC financially to enable them carry out all their people’s oriented plans.
