**Police Arrest Killer, Recover Vehicle Of Deceased
Following the gruesome killing of a university Professor in the FCT by armed robbers who robbed him of his car on Saturday, 28, November 2020, police investigators have arrested the killer of the university lecturer while the stolen vehicle has been recovered.
FCT Police Spokesperson, ASP Mariam Yusuf while disclosing details of the arrest said, “Acting on credible intelligence, operatives of the FCT Police Command on Monday 30th November, 2020 arrested one Jeremiah Nnamdi at CBN Junction, along Karu axis in connection with the gruesome murder of one Professor Kwaghger of the Federal University of Agriculture, Benue State on 28th November, 2020.”
Adding: “The suspect confessed that he and one Martins who is currently at large, robbed and killed the Professor, disposed of the corpse before taking possession of his vehicle.

“However, the suspect met his waterloo while attempting to sell the stolen vehicle.
“Exhibit recovered from the suspect: one (1) Toyota Venza with reg no. RSH 746 NY.
”Concerted effort is in place to arrest the fleeing suspect.
“While urging FCT residents to continually provide prompt information, the Commissioner of Police CP. Bala Ciroma reiterates the Command’s commitment to the protection of lives and property in the Federal Capital Territory.
“The suspect will be arraigned in court upon the conclusion of the investigation.”
