Army University: Udughan Felicitates With Orodje Of Okpe

His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, former Governor of Delta State has joined the Governor of Delta, the good people of Okpe kingdom and the entire Delta State in congratulating the Orodje of Okpe and Chairman, Delta State Traditional Rulers’ Council on his well deserved installation as the pioneer Chancellor of the Nigerian Army University, Biu, Borno State and his conferment of a Doctorate of Laws (LL.D) honoris causa.

Upon receiving the news earlier today, Dr. Uduaghan thanked former President Muhammadu Buhari and President Tinubu for the successful installation of the monarch and opined that the Nigerian Army University, Biu (NAUB) could not have nominated a worthy and well-deserving Nigerian to bestow the double honours.

He described the Orodje as a bridge-builder and consummate traditional leader who would bring his long years of military experience and pan Nigerian disposition to bear on his new role in service of Nigeria.
