Guber Race: Those In APC Pushing For Zoning To Delta North Are Traitors— Chief Frank Kokori
By Dafe Rukevwe
A leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, Chief Frank Kokori, has described those calling for the party in the state to zone the ticket for the gubernatorial race to Delta North as traitors.
Speaking during a consultative visit to Delta South Senatorial District recently by a frontline aspirant for the seat, Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, the fiery activist, Kokori, stressed that he is against the zoning idea, adding that zoning is a PDP arrangement.
He said: “We want somebody to win our election for us. The only person who can do that miracle for us is Chief Ovedje Great Ogboru.
“There is no politician today in the state, whether in APC, PDP or any other party that can defeat Ogboru in the next election.”
“Great has been winning elections in the state, but he has been rigged out. But, this time, with us controlling the top, we cannot be rigged out.”
