By Wilson Macaulay
The Chief Executive Officer, CEO/Publisher, Niger Delta Mirror News Online, Comrade Oyinbi Onduku, has responded to Chief Bibopre Ajube, popularly known as Shoot At Sight to direct his lawyer, Olusola Oke Esq. to chanel his litigation threat to Apostle Dr. Clement Tonfawei, who accused him of masterminding the attack of King of Zion Palace Bolowou, tortured and abducted 18 followers of the king to an unknown destination on the 24th day of June, 2020 at Ese Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Comrade Onduku made the statement on Monday 6th, July, 2020, in Warri through a press release, having received the publication notice made by Chief Ajube lawyer on Friday 3rd of July, in Vanguard Newspaper, demanding retraction of the story, as well as render public apology on three national daily newspapers on alleged defamation/libelous statements against him over the invasion of King of Zion Palace Bolowou.
Onduku stated that the allegations levelled against Ajube in the said publication was authored by Dr. Tonfawei, noting that the man in question is alive and he equally accepted responsibility for the story, hence it is expected of Shoot at Sight to face him and not he (Onduku) who acted like a Court Clerk to convey him the notice message.
Therefore, Onduku urged Chief Ajube to count him out of the litigation threat, stressing that he has no case with him as far as the invasion of King of Zion Palace Bolowou issue is concerned.
