COVID-19: Nigeria Records 643 New Cases In 19 States, Total Now 34,259 (See Breakdown)
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 643 new cases of Covid-19 in Nigeria, shooting the total number of infections in the country to 34,259.
The new cases announced by the NCDC’s official Facebook page on Wednesday evening, July 15, were recorded in 19 states with Lagos, Oyo, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), occupying the first, second and third spots respectively.
With the latest report, Nigeria now has 34,259 confirmed cases, 13,999 recoveries and 760 deaths.
Legit.ng notes that the NCDC data indicates that 207 Covid-19 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours while six people have died during the same period.
