JUST IN: 200 Boko Haram Fighters, Family Members ‘Die From Cholera Outbreak’
No fewer than 200 members of the Boko Haram sect loyal to Abubakar Shekau and their family members have allegedly died of a cholera outbreak.
The outbreak has reportedly caused chaos in the camps.
This is just as the incident is said to have caused top commanders of the sect to go into hiding.
Terrorism experts say that the outbreak could cause members of the terror group to strike medical facilities in search of drugs.
A UN-certified conflict expert and Military Africa author, ‘Deji Adesogan shared the information on Twitter Wednesday evening.
He declined to name his source(s) when asked.
However, the Defense Headquarters has yet to confirm the information.
