Youth Conference: UPU Youthwing Applauds NAAS Over Success Of Event

National President, Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) Youthwing, Worldwide and Member representing National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) in the Delta State Community Policing Committee (SCPC), Comrade Kelly Efemena Umukoro, has commended the executive and members of National Association of Agbarha Students (NAAS), Worldwide over the successful hosting of their conference that took place at the prestigious Michael and Cecilia Ibru University, Agbarha-Otor, Delta State.
The program titled: ‘Student and Youth Submit 1.0’ was well attended by political leaders, student union leaders and human rights activists.

Comrade Umukoro who was also a guest at the program, commended the hosts for the program, adding “that it gave each speaker the opportunity to stir the students/youths on the need to be prepared at all time and get ready to take advantage of opportunities as they come their way.”
He described the event as “successful and a mind-blowing program”, adding that he is deeply impressed by the leadership of Comrade Edafe Collins in NASS.
Speaking about the event, the youth leader said: “The youths and students were given orientation and taught on the topic “Youth and Leadership”.
He applauded a popular motivational speaker, Amb Ugagaoghene Ogheneyole who took his time to coach the attendees on the subject matter.

Other speakers include Aregbor Emmanuel and Counselor Dennis who dwelt on “Youth & Entrepreneurship” and “Youth & Politics” respectively.
“It was indeed a wonderful program worth attending,” the Urhobo youth president said. .
Umukoro continued: “As youths, we must understand that we are leaders of today and not tomorrow as our elders have made us to believe. So, we must be ready to take responsibility at all time.
“Truly it was a gathering of young intellectuals and great brains, as the youths present had opportunities to ask questions and they got the needed answers to their question.”
He commended the management of Micheal and Cecilia Ibru University, Agbarha Otor, Delta, State, saying that they always support and encourage Urhobo Students and youths worldwide .
