Ex-Corper Thanks Speaker, Others, As He Completes His Service Year In DTHA

An ex-corper, Comrade ICHADO ANDREW STATE, has commended the Delta State legislature for the opportunity to serve in the Chambers of the Delta State House of Assembly.

Comrade Ichado who made the commendation shortly after their send-forth party at the Assembly complex, described Delta State legislature as second to none in the federation, noting that the robust working relationship between the executive and the legislature in the state is quite commendable, and gave kudos to Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

ICHADO said that he learnt so much by observing the process of bills turning into laws and that his posting to the state assembly would go a long way to aid him in the politics and governance of his own state, saying that as an Economics graduate he will not have performed better if not for the one year training he acquired from the hallowed Chambers.

He said that his experience with the House Committee on Education provided him another opportunity to know more about the laws that had bettered education in Delta State.

He also commended the leadership of the House led by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborovwori, the Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon Ochor Ochor, Clerk of the House, Mrs. lyna Aliya Ocholor and the Hon.Chairman, House Committee on Education, Hon. Charles C. Emetulu for their wonderful support during his service year at the assembly, adding that he will try as much as he can to be a good ambassador of the state.

ICHADO also thanked the Deputy Clerk of the House, Barr. Otto Aghoghophia, Director, Legislative Matters, Mr. D.S Olorogun, Barr. Austin Uwasike, Secretary, House Committee on Education and many others that contributed to his service year.
