Court Orders APC Caretaker Committee To Stop Registration Of Members
The plan by Governor Mai Mala Buni’s led Caretaker Committee to commence new membership registration might have suffered a setback as the Federal high Court in Abuja led by Justice Taiwo Taiwo today ordered the Committee to stop the registration process until the case before him is resolved.
A former APC Youth Leader in Abia State, Kalu Kalu Agu, had instituted the case against illegal composition of the Caretaker Committee after the NEC dissolution of the Comrade Adams Oshiomole led National Working Committee (NWC).
