Okowa, Oyovbaire, Clark, Makinde’s Aide To Attend Tidi’s First Book Launch

Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, will be Special Guest of Honour, former Minister of Information, Prof. Sam Oyovbaire, Ijaw National Leader, Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. (Hon.) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, the member representing Warri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi and Dr. Adetunji Babatunde, Chief Economic Adviser to Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, are among prominent personalities that would grace launch of the first book written by Dr. Michael E. Tidi, Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area.
According to a statement signed by Chairman of the Planning Committee for the book launch, Emmanuel Jakpa, Esq., while Prof. Oyovbaire will be Chairman of the occasion, Chief Edwin Clark, will be guest of honour and Rt. (Hon.) Sheriff Oborevwori as well as Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, would grace the event as Chief and Co-Launcher respectively.

The book titled, ‘Resource Dependence, Violent Conflict and Economic Development in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria’, was reviewed by Dr. Adetunji Babatunde.
The statement noted that the grandeur event is scheduled to hold Thursday December 3 at Best Western Hotel (Elomax) Conference Hall, Asaba in Delta State by 12.00 noon.
