Nation Building/Human Capital Development: Federal Ministry of Culture And Tourism Honours Ochor

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Tourism has recognised the efforts of the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Christopher Ochor Ochor for his untiring efforts to uplift the living standard of the Women and the Girl-Child in Nigeria, especially in Delta State.

This recognition which came in form of an award by Miss Culture and Tourism, happened on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, by Miss Precious, the current Miss Culture and Tourism, who stated that the award was in recognition of his efforts in nation building and human empowerment, especially in lives of women and the girl child in the society.

The Culture and Tourism Nigeria, Ambassador stated that her office finds it worthy to appreciate the untiring efforts of the Deputy Speaker in building a great future for the people of Delta.

In his response, the Deputy Speaker, commended the Culture and Tourism Nigeria, Ambassador, her team, and the Federal Ministry of Tourism and Culture for the recognition, and promised to continue his efforts in uplifting the lives of Nigerians, as much as he can.

The Culture and Tourism Nigeria Ambassador was accompanied to the office of the Deputy Speaker, by the Queen of Culture and Tourism, Akwa Ibom and Queen of Culture and Tourism, Delta.
