Okowa Will Continue To Impact On Aniocha South, Says Adigwe
In the midst of plethora of roads commissioning in Ogwashi Uku, headquarters of Aniocha South, a former federal lawmaker representing Aniocha/Oshimili and currently Special Adviser to the Delta State Government on National Assembly, NDDC, and lnter governmental liaison, Hon Pascal Nwaoronine Adigwe, has scored Gov Okowa high, describing him as Aniocha South friendly.
Adigwe, a frontline politician, averred that Governor lfeanyi Okowa is poised to reposition Ogwashi Uku to her pride of place, adding that with the Governor’s assurance that the Agro business Park will be built during his administration’s life span, Ogwashi Uku will become the agro hub of Delta North in particular.
Responding to newsmen after Governor Okowa’s commissioning of laudable road projects such as Council and mission roads, the Governor’s aide said there is no doubt that Aniocha South is in to a better deal with the Okowa’s ‘Stronger Delta vision.’
Hon Adigwe said apart from Governor Okowa’s capacity building measures aimed at repositioning the youths of not only Aniocha South but also the generality of Deltans spread across the three senatorial districts of the State, all was set for a pragmatic Delta.
Said the former federal lawmaker and Delta political appointee: “What you are witnessing today in Ogwashi Uku is a demonstration of the sagacity of a time tested administrator. His Excellency is not only the road master but a promise keeper. The litany of road projects such as the Council, ring, Agidiehe and Ogwashi Uku, Ubulu Uno road among legion road projects simply demonstrate my Governor’s vision for a stringer Delta in Aniocha South. He is really living up to his billing.”
Hon Adigwe also commended the Chief Isaac Anwuzia administration for black in the trail in sure of economic challenges by attracting an ultra modern Event Centre and Central motor park, in addition to a catering outfit and Area Commanders office among others.
Hon Adigwe also tasked the political class to rally support behind the Governor so as to bring dividends of democracy close to Aniocha South people.
The former federal lawmaker said that he is confident that with the just concluded party primaries which produced Chairmanship and Councillorship candidates, the stage is set for an all the way victory at the March 26th council polls.
Hon Adigwe also commended the Chief Isaac Anwuzia administration for blazing the trail in spite of economic challenges by attracting an ultra modern Event Centre and Central motor park, in addition to a catering outfit and Area Commanders office among others.
He said this trail blazing effort of Chief Anwuzua will not only outlive him, but increase greatly the Internally generated revenue profile of Aniocha South in generations to come.
