LG Poll: Better Reps, Sustainable Development”II Be My Focus —Obukohwo

Ahead of March 6 Delta State local government elections, a Councilorship candidate under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Orogun, DSIEC ward 5, Mr. Omidji Obukohwo, has disclosed that, better representation and sustainable development will be his focus if given the mandate.
Mr. Omidji gave this assurance during his unit to unit campaign round the ward to ensure victory, come March 6 2021.
According to him, “l have so many good things to do for my people, which he said youth empowerment, Agriculture, education, health, electricity and others.
“I am also into the race, to correct so many things that are not going well in the ward, because l am not impressed with the past administration. l began to wonder, why is it that a councilor representing the people at the ward level could not be able to do any empowerment for his people.”

Continuing, “are they not giving their entitlements, or what are the causes of this, and l assured my good peope of my ward that if given the mandate come March 6, 2021, l will not disappoint them in terms of development and others,” Mr. Omidji assured.
Speaking further, the councillorship hopeful also hinted, “l am also into the race, to make a difference in so many areas that will be of benefit to my people.
Mr. Omidji however, called on the people to come out enmass this Saturday to vote for APC, which he said is the only political party that could bring the dividends of democracy.
He therefore, acknowledged, Deputy Senate President (DSP), Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, Jemmy Omo-Agege, Hon. Friday Onojai, Pius Onojai including other leaders of the party in the ward for their efforts in ensuring that he emerged the candidate of the party.
He also commended the efforts of the youths for their steadfastness.
