Warri Correctional Center: Court Sentences Escapee Prisoner To 14 Years Imprisonment

One of the escapee prisoners from the Warri Correctional Center during End SARS protest on October 10, 2020, Precious Abia Azubule aged 23, has been handed a 14-year-jail term after he was arrested by police operatives while on patrol.

Suspect was arraigned on the 9th of March in Magistrate court 4 with charge No. 46/c/2021 on two court charges of conspiracy and escape from lawful custody.
He was sentenced to 7 years in each count charge totaling 14 years imprisonment.
