BREAKING: Lagos Cleric Found Dead
Frederick Aramuwa, a Lagos-based pastor who was abducted while travelling along the Ipele/Idoani Road in Ondo State, southwest Nigeria, has been found dead.
The top Lagos pastor was reported missing on March 31 while travelling from Lagos to his hometown of Ifira-Akoko in Ondo State.
Following that, the kinsmen of a top Lagos pastor began a thorough search for him, as well as reporting the case to the police.
However, it was discovered that the deceased had been abducted, and his kidnappers requested a ransom of ten million Naira, which was later reduced to two million Naira after negotiations.
According to a storey broadcast on Channels Television, the dead body of the top Lagos pastor was found in the forest after the $2 million ransom was paid.
Pastor Aramuwa’s body was later deposited in the morgue at the General Hospital in Ipe-Akoko.

When contacted, DSP Tee-Leo Ikoro, the spokesperson for the Ondo State Police Command, confirmed the pastor’s death on Sunday.
The deceased’s remains were found bound to a tree in the forest, according to Ikoro.
He went on to say that the police had saved some of the other people abducted with the Pastor.
The police are investigating the incident and expect to arrest the suspects as soon as possible, according to a police spokesperson.
