His words, “The NUJ in Delta holds you in high esteem Your Majesty. We don’t usually let you to rest, just because of how kind and generous you are to us both as a Union and various media organisations. You are indeed a relevant and important asset to us.
“We have investigated and concluded that there is no individual that boldly speaks truth to power than you. We adore you ma; you are an enigma and iconic personality in all ramifications.
“This is to assure you that as we continue to fraternize with you, we will not let you down in our actions and conducts. You are a role model that we have adopted to look up to in carrying out our constitutional functions as journalists. You are not just a cerebral and celebrated media personality; the culture and values you portray always have become a guide in helping us build a better mindset for a better society. Thanks and God’s continual blessings Your Majesty”, Ikeogwu prayed.
However, Omu Dunkwu was elated to receive the NUJ Chairman and excited about his kind words.
