2023 Guber: I Will Mobilize Delta North To Support Delta Central, Says Nwaoboshi
Senator Peter Nwaoboshi has vowed to mobilize his constituents to join forces with the people of Delta Central to ensure that the next governor of Delta State comes from Urhobo land.
The Senator made the pledge while speaking at a reception party held in his honour by Chief Engr Hyacinth Enuha, a leader of the APC in Ogwashi-Uku; Saturday.
Senator Peter Nwaoboshi Nwaoboshi said his decision to decamp to the APC was in line with the desires of his constituents who could no longer afford to remain in opposition to the ruling party at the Centre, the APC, and were resolved to resist what he called, ulterior motives, by those who benefitted from power rotation but were set to truncate the unwritten gentleman agreement.

According to him, those who are scheming to truncate the power rotation agreement are enemies of peaceful coexistence who he assured, “must fail”.
He said the PDP in Delta State is totally depleted and lacks the power and cohesion to win any future elections and as such, charged all APC leaders and members to work for the overall victory of the party in 2023 elections.
Early on, Chief Hyacinth Enuha expressed optimism that the PDP will no longer hold reins of political control of Delta North following the decamp of Senator Peter Nwaoboshi to the APC.
He said the PDP had never won any election outside rigging in the past and will never win any again in the future.
