JUST IN: NAFDAC Approves Moderna, Sputnik COVID-19 Vaccines For Use In Nigeria

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has approved Modena and Sputnik COVID-19 vaccines for use in Nigeria.
Oasis Magazine (OM) learnt that the approval is only for emergency use.

However, Sputnik vaccine is yet to be approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
But, NAFADAC says that an independent investigation by the agency shows that the benefits outweigh risks.
