BigPen Online Publisher Loses Father

Chief CJ Ogbodu, father of the publisher of an online news platform, BigPen Online, Mr Joe Ogbodu, has died at age 84.
According to a statement by the publisher, Pa Ogbodu passed on at Oleh in Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State on Sunday.
Chief Ogbodu was a retired Chief Court Admin Assistant, Delta State Judicial.

He was an indigene of Okrama-Oyede community of Oyede Kingdom in Isoko North LGA.
Until his death, Pa Ogbodu was a respected community leader and held the traditional title of Arugba of Oyede Kingdom
Mr Joe, a former Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Warri Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), said burial arrangement will be announced by the family later.
