Gives Kudos To Okowa, Says The Progress So Far Via SMART AGENDA Is Worth Celebrating

The Executive Chairman, Ethiope East Local Government Council, Rt Hon (Pharm) Victor Ofobrukueta, has congratulated Sen Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, the Executive Governor of Delta State and Deltans as Delta marks 30 years of its creation from old Bendel State.

In his congratulatory message made available via his Chief Press Secretary, Comr Ehwarieme O. A, he said, “considering the SMART AGENDA programs attained by this present administration especially road construction, upgrade of Asaba airport to international airport, prompt salary payments of civil servants, construction of civil service secretariat, Asaba-Ughelli dual road construction, drainage constructions in Warri and its environs, and more, I think this year’s Delta State anniversary is worth celebrating. The peace and harmonious relationship we experience in the state today is as a result of good architectural security propounded by our Governor. On behalf of the good people of Ethiope East, I say congratulations and a blissful celebration Sir,” he asserted.

He also applauded the cordial relationship between the Executive and the state Legislators.
