BREAKING: One Shot Dead As Isoko By-Election Turns Bloody
Hoodlums have reportedly shot dead a yet to be identified voter in the ongoing by-election Isoko South 1 Constituency, Delta State.
Advocate.ng reports that the incident happened at about 3:15 pm when the armed hoodlums stormed Irri Ward 10, polling unit 5, to snatch away ballot papers used for the election.
According to an eyewitness, the hoodlums armed with AK47 riffles shot sporadically in the air to scare away voters before one of them shot at the victim for a reason that could not yet be ascertained.

The election, before the sad incident, has been relatively peaceful, as there was no report of violence in any of the units.
