BREAKING: Top Kwara APC Chieftain Is Dead

A key Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Chief Rex Olawoye is Dead.

EkoHotBlog gathered that the eminent politician reportedly died in the early hours of today, Thursday September 16th 2021.

Efforts to reach family members are still going on as at the time of filing this report.

Baba Rex was one of the most respected opposition voices in the state against the Saraki dynasty in Kwara State.

He was a top comrade in the struggle of O’toge, the political revolution that swept the old order in Kwara State away.

However, prior to his death, he was a member of the factions that fell out with the incumbent governor, Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq.
