Delta APC Chieftain, Okiemute Bags ICPAN Doctorate
The Institute of Corporate and Public Administrators of Nigeria ICPAN has conferred an award of Professional Doctorate on Dr. Benjamin Essien Okiemute, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Delta State.
A statement issued by his media office, said, ICPAN gave the Professional Doctorate award to the former memeber of Delta State House of Assembly at Abuja over the weekend.
It said, ”IPCAN based the issuance of the Professional Doctorate on Dr. Benjamin Essien Okiemute, as the ” Best Legislator, Delta State House of Assembly” from 1999 to 2021”.

”Dr. Benjamin Essien Okiemute was member of Delta State House of Assembly, between 2007 and 2011, where he served diligently and offered his constituents of Isoko South 2, quality representation. He impacted lives positively and atracted infrastructural development and projects to the area”.
”The APC chieftain, Okiemute is a loyal and dedicated party man in Delta State, an administrator per-excellence, whose philanthropic gesture is recognized both in Delta state and across the country”.
