President of Oruarivie Abraka Kingdom Youths’ Council, Comrade Efe Don Kigho, has been installed as the community’s Onoturede, meaning the head of a council of leaders from different quarters in the community.
This office can be likened to that of a community administrator and by this installation, Comrade Kigho will be directly responsible for the community’s development and social activities apart from leading the youth body.
The installation on Friday was done by the Oruarivie-Abraka Traditional Council which include the kingdom’s monarch, HRM Akpomeyoma Majoroh, Ojeta II, the Oviedge, all the Okwa from the ruling houses, the Ogbimi, the Onotuku and the Council of Chiefs at the community’s pavilion in Otorho.
Oasis Magazine (OM) learnt that the appointment is in recognition and appreciation of the youth leader’s excellent, quality and innovative leadership as the kingdom Youth President General.
By this installation, Efe Don Kigho is to oversee all other Inotus (heads of different quarters) in the day to day social, security, sanitation, cultural activities of the kingdom and also ensure sanity and re-engineering and development of the kingdom.
Speaking to Oasis Magazine, Kigho appreciated God Almighty, HRM Akpomeyoma Majoroh, the Ovie of Oruarivie-Abraka Kingdom, Hon (Chief) Idogho, Oruarivie Traditional Council, Oruarivie Youth Council, Worldwide and all residents of Oruarivie Kingdom.

He added: “I’m overwhelmed with their support and solidarity. They stood by me; men and women were dancing and celebrating under the rain. It is awesome.
“I want to use this medium to assure them that they won’t be disappointed.”
Continuing, he said “I shall immediately commence implementation of the outcome of our power summit, organize Oruarivie Security Summit, Youth Empowerment Summit (YES), Oruarivie carnival and carry out other duties and responsibilities as the case demands,” adding that all these will be done this year.
Furthermore, he said: “By now, our detractors should be embarrassed and fear the grace of God. I call on the enemies of the kingdom to make way for the re-engineering and development of Oruarivie Kingdom. They should stop propagating lies, bringing politics into our community affairs and manipulating law enforcement agents against innocent residents and leaders.”
