Zenith Bank Head Master Cup: Ozikwe Battles Moshere Primary School In Opening Game Today

Ozikwe will battle Moshere Primary School in the opening game of the Delta state Zenith Bank Head Master Cup on Thursday by 2pm at St. Patrick’s College Asaba.

The 3rd edition of the Primary school football competition is now bankrolled by a private sponsor, Zenith Bank after the first two edition was done by the Delta State government.

With this new development, the Delta state Head Master Cup is now known as the Zenith Bank Delta state Head Master Cup.

The newly appointed Honourable Commissioner for Primary Education, Chika Ossai, commended the state Governor, Dr.Ifeanyi Okowa for laying the foundation to resuscitate the Head Master Cup through the former Commissioners of both Chinidu Ibie and Patrick Ukah.

The 2020/21 season of the Head Master Cup will feature over 377 registered public and private primary school.

The Head Master’s Cup will run through the preliminaries, Zonal elimination, quarter final and semi final stages culminating to the final which will hold on the 11th of November, 2021.
