BREAKING: Secondus’ Case Fails At Appeal Court, PDP Convention To Hold
The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Friday gave the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the judicial clearance to hold its national convention.
This followed the court’s dismissal of an appeal lodged with it by the suspended National Chairman of the party, Prince Uche Secondus.
The convention is scheduled for Abuja this weekend.

With this ruling, the coast is now clear for the convention where a successor will be elected to replace Secondus.
