Delta State Attorney-General Commiserates With Family Of Late Oseji

The Honourable Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Delta State, Isaiah Bozimo Esq, has condoled the late Justice Samuel Chukwudumebi Oseji family over the death of their bread winner.
Mr Bozimo, who wrote in the condolence register said, “My Lord, I thank you for your service, dedication and the intellects you added to the Nigerian judiciary. We mourn your irreplaceable loss and pray that your Lordships soul rest in enternal peace.”
He assured the bereaved wife of Justice Oseji, Dr Mrs M Oseji, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Environment, that the ministry and the government of Delta State, are solidly behind them in this moment of their travails.
The Commissioner who was accompanied to late Oseji’s house along Okpanam road Asaba, by the functioning Solicitor general and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Delta State, Omamuzo Erebe Esq, told them that during the burial, they would do all they can to assist them in giving him a befitting burial ceremony, pointing out that the deceased has left a legacy behind of which his vacuum would be difficult to fill.
Mr Andrew Osemedua Odum Esq, who spoke on behalf of the Oseji family, appreciated the Attorney general and Commissioner for Justice, Delta State and his entourage for the visit including their relentless efforts while the late Justice was in the hospital.

He told the Commissioner to equally extend their appreciation to the Delta government for the role they also played in ensuring that their brother did not die, assuring that the burial date and plans would be communicated to the the ministry and government of Delta State.
