Majemite: Igbuya, Others Came Back Because They Realized PDP Is The Biggest, Best In Africa
By Daniel Dafe
Former Chairman, Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State, Chief Faith Majemite, has said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) remains the best and biggest political party in Africa, adding that the likes of former Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Chief Monday Igbuya and others who returned on Saturday have come to terms with this.
She said these during a media chat with journalists at the weekend after the PDP rally in Sapele to welcome defectors.

She added: “I am very glad. So many people that were in the party before for one reason or the other went to another party but decided to come back because they realized that this party is the best in Africa and the brotherhood in PDP cannot be put aside, so they came back. In my own local government, we have some top APC members that came in; they are welcome to the leadership level with their supporters. We will all work together to make the party great.”
On Okowa’s message of unity to Delta Central, she said: “Of course in your own house you know that if there is no unity, even children of one parent cannot do well. So, the best thing is unity everywhere. Once there is unity every other thing will follow.”
She urged the party to “have the spirit of give and take,” adding “we should continue to recruit more persons to the party.”
“We know that we going to win the general election but we should just unite, love one another and give peace a chance so that we can grow together,” the politician said.
