USNIIS 2021: Gov. Ugwuanyi’s Aide Features On Plenary Session
Director General of Enugu SME Center who also doubles at the SPA to the Governor on SME Development and Investment Promotion, Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah, has featured at the plenary session of the United States-Nigeria Investment Summit (USNIIS) 2021, held in New York.
During the plenary session at the summit, the Director General of Enugu SME Center who also doubles at the SPA to the Governor on SME Development and Investment Promotion, Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah shared with other world leaders, explained how the Enugu State Government under His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi through the Enugu SME Center has been able to create an ecosystem where people have access to Human Capital Development Loans (HCDL).
He explained that it is an innovative financing scheme that helps Ndi-Enugu explore skills in the tech space, an avenue for transforming Nigeria’s economy, and equipping youths, the future innovators.
Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah mentioned that the summit was in tandem with Gov. Ugwuanyi’s Administrative disposition to pay detailed attention to investment promotion, public-private effective bilateral and mutually beneficial economic engagements with other countries.
It would be recalled that delegates from Enugu State participated at the just concluded United States-Nigeria Investment Summit (USNIIS) 2021, held in New York, United States of America during the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) where issues bothering on interstate investment promotion, partnership and diversification of #Nigeria’s Economy as well as economic development of Enugu State was discussed, extensively.
