BREAKING! Protest: DSS, Police Take Over APC National Secretariat
Some aggrieved members of the ruling All progressives Congress are not happy with the result of the just concluded ward, LG and state congresses.
In reaction, they have decided to express their grievances through planned protest and this did not go well with the leaders of the party.
Following the news of the protest, they have however called in security forces including the DSS to ground the entry and exit points of the APC national secretariat in Abuja.
An emerging report by The Punch indicates that dozens of armed policemen in four patrol vans have taken over the entry and exit points on Blantyre Street where the All Progressives Congress National Secretariat is located in Abuja.

The newspaper hinted further that the security officials mobilised in response to security reports about a planned protest by members of the APC against the party’s leadership over the conduct of the recently conducted Ward, local government and state congresses.
