JUST IN: College Of Commerce Warri Wins Principals’ Cup 2021 Edition
College of Commerce Warri has won this year’s 2021 edition of the Zenith Bank sponsored Delta State Principals’ Cup competition,
College of Commerce football team defeated OSADENNIS HIGH SCHOOL Asaba in a penalty shootout.
The game which was played in a very high temperature this afternoon ended goalless in full time played.
The College of Commerce team netted all their balls in the football penalty shootout, while OSADENNIS High School missed their two kicks making it total 5:3 penalty aggregate.
This victory makes it back to back victory for College of Commerce and at the same time the school becomes the only school to qualify and play the Delta state Principals’ Cup, wining it as defending champions back to back in Delta state.
An ward winning journalist, Celestine Ukah who’s former student of the school and a member of the College of Commerce Old Students Association, commended the team for making College of Commerce proud in commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the college held November 18-20, 2021.
Ukah also commended the principal of College of Commerce, Warri, Comrade Felix Useh JP, the game master of the school, Comrade Owhofasa Aunty Violet the coach of the team for being steadfast and working hard in making sure the team wins always, describing it as exceptional and divinely arranged by God.

The ace journalist, Celestine Ukah, Senior Correspondent of Fresh Angle International and a media consultant lauded the National President of COCOSA, Barr. Ederi Patrick, National Secretary, Victor Enijuni, Chief Amadi, Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker Delta State House of Assembly, Comrade Dennis Otu and the entire members of the College of Commerce Old students Association and others for their support to the team and the college.
