Ofobrukueta Congratulates Prof Usifoh On His Emergence As President Of PSN

The Executive Chairman, Ethiope East Local Government Area, Rt Hon (Pharm) Victor Ofobrukueta, has congratulated Prof Cyril Usifor on his emergence as the President, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) in the just concluded election that held on the 6th of November, 2021at Diete Spiff Civic Center, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.

Describing Professor Usifor as his father, teacher, and his senior colleague in the pharmaceutical industries, in his brief congratulatory message he personally signed, the council boss added that Prof Usifoh is his “adopted father” who culturally, educationally, and morally groomed him.

Adding: “He’s trained and bred people in the profession. He’s a “trainer”. He’s noctured so many youths in Nigeria and diaspora especially in great UNIBEN.”

The statement continued: “… professor Usifoh is diplomatic, civil, goal-oriented and integrity personified. His victory at the just concluded election attests to his commitments and charismatic disposition to the unity advantage of Nigerian Pharmacists. On behalf of my family and the good people of Ethiope East Local Government area, I wish you the best as you take PSN to an enviable heights”, he prayed.”

Cyril Usifoh is a professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy University of Benin of which the Chairman, Ethiope East LGA is an alumni.
