Manager: I’m Deeply Saddened, Disturbed Over The Gruesome Death Of Sylvester Oromoni

The Senator representing Delta South in the Senate, Senator James Manager, has expressed shock over the gruesome murder of Sylvester Oromoni, a student of
Dowen College, Lagos, saying he is ”
deeply saddened and disturbed over the gruesome death of the young promising boy.
The 12-year-old, who hailed from Delta State, was alleged to have been attacked by some of his senior colleagues for refusing to join a cult group.
Manager, who said this in a press statement made available to Oasis Magazine, said that he has since spoken to the deceased’s father, Sylvester Oromoni Snr.

He added: “My thoughts and special prayers are with the entire Oromoni family, and I pray that God Almighty will give us all the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
The lawmaker also called on all relevant law enforcement agencies “to thoroughly investigate the matter and bring to book anyone, and everyone found complicit. “
