This huge project running into billions of naira (multi million dollar project) is the brain child of HRM Enyi Friday Abaja, the Ukwata 1 of Umukwata Kingdom who is also the sole financier of the project.

The Abaja mega City comprises of a 300 housing unit estate which comprises of a two and three bedroom bungalow flats which is up for lease. A 104 unit warehouse to service the international market with the international market comprising of 500 unit lock up and open shop all completed.

In the words of HRM Enyi Friday Abaja, “this project is all about building a completely new city with all the facilities of a modern city and not a profit making venture because in the next 20-30 years I would not have recovered my huge investment in this mega multi million dollar project.”

According to observers, HRM Enyi Friday Abaja has just proven to the whole world once again with this project that he is a philanthropist in a class of his own.

“To say the least, HRM Enyi Friday Abaja, had the option of citing this huge project in any part of the world if he is driven by profit but he chose his hometown in order to set a pace and to lay a long lasting legacy that will not be erased by time,” a source said.

By this, HRM Enyi Friday Abaja has once again written his name in gold and on the sand of time.

The employment this project will generate (both directly and indirectly) is unimaginable.
