Stop Blaming Governor Okowa For Hike In DELSU School Fees, Aide Tells Critics

By Daniel Dafe
Special Assistant to Governor Okowa on Special Duties, Ossai Ovie Success, has said that his boss is not to blame for the increase of school fees in the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, the aide while calling on students in the institution to dialogue more with the management, urged the Professor Andy Egwunyenga adminstration to listen to the students.
His post added: “They should find a way out because it’s not easy for some of the students and their parents.

“It’s no longer cold outside .”
According to Success, the institution’s bulletin that itemized the issues surrounding the hike in fees does not have the governor’s name mentioned as the one that gave the order for what is happening now.
“So instead of you planing to occupy government house, go and occupy DELSU.
“Talk with the management and I know they will find a way out,” his post said.
