2023 Elections: Former Anambra Governor, Obi Declares Presidential Ambition

A former Vice Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the 2019 General elections, Mr Peter Obi has declared his aspiration to contest the 2023 Presidential election under the platform of the PDP.

Mr Obi who is also former Governor of Anambra State, declared his aspiration in Awka, during a meeting with Anambra traditional rulers and Presidents General of various communities.

He said the meeting was to disclose his aspiration and receive their royal blessings and support from them before reaching out to the larger society.
